Carol cannot sign in from her computer. She gets a banned notice. Her friend on a different computer has signed in using her screen name and password so it isn't our forum. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong.

Hi there ALL!!!!
Last night till almost midnight I was with tech support... we recently changed our servers and increasing our bandwidth and were having lots of problems relating to the changes... I was NOT getting the speed that we were supposed to ... couldn't log on to forum, only Dorothy's forum was effected....but very frustrating.....bottom line... my server and the company that gives the power...cable line... had a phone conference and fixed the broadband power... also changed some configurations.... I had difficulty in getting the router back... he told me to go dynamic IP but didn't continue.. so no internet..closed shop for the night and this morning///6:15 spoke and finally finished configuring the router ..first site tested was forum so you see I AM BACK..... in Hebrew we have a saying === birth pains==== don't know if there is an expression in English ....

Glad to see you are back. Your saying is very descriptive but I can't think of an equivalent English saying but maybe someone else can.
